Issue Position

I believe local school boards; administrators, parents and teachers have a better understanding of their students needs than Madison bureaucrats and strongly support local control.

I believe every student should share in the responsibility of achieving his or her goals along with their family's involvement. I believe qualified Wisconsin students should have the opportunity to study at Wisconsin state universities before out of state students. For our state to prosper, we need a strong educational system and the foresight to keep Wisconsin values in education.
